George Clooney Plastic Surgery - Before and After

George Clooney, born in 1961, is still the ultimate male heartthrob, universally adored by women of all ages. Actor, director, producer and screenwriter, George Clooney is the King of Hollywood with countless Academy Award nominations and a broad career spanning comedy, drama, film noire, romance and action.

George Clooney is best loved for his silver fox image and twinkly eyes. He has consistently ranked highly in celebrity ‘Hot Lists’ for sexiest male for over 10 years. However, good looks aren’t always natural and George publicly admitted to resorting to plastic surgery to maintain his sex appeal.

Possibly the urge to keep up with a girlfriend 18 years his junior inspired George Clooney to seek surgical assistance for his boyish charms. Renowned for both being fiercely private and also as a bit of a prankster, Clooney’s admission is ambiguous but the evidence appears to speak for itself. In one press interview he attributed his age-defying looks ‘drink and drugs’ however, seemed to admit to Julia Roberts during an interview for Oprah’s Oscar Special that he had had his ‘eyes done’ to ‘look awake’.

Blepheroplasty or, eye bag removal, surgery is extremely popular with both men and women and is designed to minimise the appearance of sagging eyes and dark circles that occur with age. The operation costs about £6,000.00 on average and has a recovery period of a few weeks.

Robert Redforfd, Liza Minelli, Debbie Harry and Hilary Clinton have all undergone the surgery to achieve a more youthful visage.

  3. Celebrities should use more their influence to defend important causes. they seems to work on causes with a minor impact. We live in a world where religion and race issues become a major problem for some groups of people, and I rarely see celebrities advocating this causes.
The idea of celebrity diplomacy does not make sense for groups of people who do not feel represented.
